SLA Notifications Mailing List 

CEVA Logistics maintains Service Level Agreements (SLA) for several core applications and services.   As part of those agreements, we provide advanced notice to users whenever changes or outages are planned.

The CEVA SLA mailing lists are designed to let users know of pending changes or outages to specified applications and systems.  If you wish to be notified of these changes, you can add yourself to the appropriate SLA notification mailing list.

To subscribe to an SLA notification mailing list, send an e-mail message to the appropriate mailing list address with just “Subscribe” (no quotes) in the subject line.

As a mailing list subscriber, you are required to follow the mailing list rules.

You can unsubscribe from any mail list that you have previously subscribed to by sending an e-mail message to the mail list address with just “Unsubscribe” (no quotes) in the subject line.

Messages sent to the SLA mail list address are received by everyone subscribed to the list.  This includes outside customers that may be impacted by relevant system outages or changes.  Messages are strictly limited to change and outage notification communications.
